Create a new character with the United States as their birth country. Any US city works, and the challenge does not specify a gender.

After school, look for Writer under Occupation → Jobs. An English degree is an optional route; once hired, use Work Harder each year and continue until author fame appears.

Step 2: Get married, then divorced
Open Activities → Love → Date and accept a suitable partner. Build the relationship, propose, and complete the wedding before trying to divorce.
Open your spouse’s page under Relationships and choose Divorce. Breaking up with a boyfriend or girlfriend does not meet the marriage requirement.
Review your remaining money after the settlement before moving abroad. The Love is Love challenge offers another run built around marriage objectives.
Step 3: Choose the Mediterranean diet in Italy
Go to Activities → Emigrate and apply to move to Italy. Once you live there, open Activities → Mind & Body → Diet and select Mediterranean.
This objective uses a diet choice, so you do not need to search for a restaurant. Select the diet after arriving, then check the challenge before moving again.
If Italy is missing, close the destination window and reopen Emigrate to refresh the list. This approach also helps with the Nomad challenge.
Step 4: Meditate in India
Emigrate to India, then choose Activities → Mind & Body → Meditate. Check whether the inner-peace objective is complete before arranging your next move.
The action is meditation; you do not need a religious career. If the objective stays unchecked, confirm that your character lives in India and repeat Meditate.
Step 5: Find love in Indonesia
Emigrate to Indonesia and open Activities → Love → Date. Accept a partner and start a new relationship while living there.
You do not need another wedding for this objective. If someone rejects you, try another date and check the challenge once the relationship starts.

An English degree is optional, rather than a separate challenge requirement. You need a Writer job and enough career progress to become famous. Improve Smarts, apply when the role appears, and work harder each year. Fame timing varies from life to life.
Do you have to marry someone in Indonesia?
Starting a relationship in Indonesia is the required action described by the challenge guides and player reports. Marriage is needed earlier so you can get divorced. For the final country objective, move to Indonesia first, find a date, and accept a new partner there.
